Rangpur Medical College. Completed HSC from Naogaon Govt. Degree College in
1997 and SSC from Charanayet High School in 1995.
In the year 1980, Dr.
Md. Saiful Islam was born in the Naogaon district. Dr. Md. Saiful Islam is a
highly respected Surgery Specialist with over 13 years of experience in the
field. He received his medical degree from Rangpur Medical College in 2004. And
completed his Surgery FCPS from BCPS in 2019.
